Rule 236 – Contents of the Statement of response
- The Statement of response shall contain:
- the names of the respondent and the respondent’s representative;
- postal and electronic addresses for service on the respondent and the names and addresses of the persons authorised to accept service;
- the action number of the appeal file; and
- a response to the grounds of appeal.
- The respondent may support the decision of the Court of First Instance on grounds other than those given in the decision.
