Rule 343 – Order in which actions are to be dealt with
- The Court shall deal with the actions before it in the order in which they become ready for hearing in accordance with Rule 108.
- The presiding judge of a panel may, after hearing the parties [Rule 264]:
- direct that a particular action be given priority and that time limits provided for in these Rules be shortened;
- defer an action to be dealt with later, in particular with a view to facilitating an amicable settlement of the dispute.
