The Unified Patent Court is finally reality.
As the Court has been set up to be as digital as possible, it only seemed natural to provide a commented version of the Articles and Rules in electronic form as well, and so this website was born.
We welcome any feedback and hope this website can be of use to all legal practitioners out there.
