Rule 226 – Contents of the Statement of grounds of appeal

The Statement of grounds of appeal shall contain:

  1. an indication of which parts of the decision or order are contested;
  2. the reasons for setting aside the contested decision or order; and
  3. an indication of the facts and evidence on which the appeal is based in accordance with Rule 222.1 and .2.
