Rule 45 – Language of the Statement for revocation
- Subject to paragraph 2, the Statement for revocation shall be drawn up in the language in which the patent was granted.
- Where the parties have agreed to bring the action before a local or a regional division in accordance with Article 33(7) of the Agreement, the Statement for revocation shall be drawn up in one of the languages referred to in Rule 14.1(a) and (b).
