Rule 80 – Compensation for a licence of right
- The Application for appropriate compensation [Article 32(1)(h) of the Agreement] shall contain:
- particulars in accordance with Rule 13.1(a) to (d);
- information on the filing of the statement as referred to in Article 8(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1257/2012;
- the licence agreement referred to in Article 8(2) of Regulation (EU) No 1257/2012.
- Rules 132, 133, 134, 135 and 137 to 140 apply mutatis mutandis to the procedure for appropriate compensation.
