Rule 344 – Deliberations
- The Court shall deliberate in closed session.
- The presiding judge shall preside over the deliberations. Only those judges who were present at the oral hearing may take part in the deliberations on the decision.
- The deliberation of the Court shall take place as soon as possible after the closure of the oral hearing.
